On the Fourth of July, Ridgewood comes alive for the annual parade and stunning fireworks display that lights up the sky at night. The Christmas Tree Lighting each year is also a popular event for families in the area.

At the beginning of August each year, the Summer Sidewalk Sale Days provides the opportunity to buy local and find a few one-of-a-kind treasures. The Wild Duck Pond in Ridgeway is a hotspot for families.
